Introducing “Scotch & Scran”
In Scotland, scran is the kind of food that’s soulful, satisfying, and best enjoyed with a fine dram. At The Dam Pub, we’ve created a one-of-a-kind gift experience that pairs three curated Scotch whiskies with three handcrafted bites by Chef Carolyn — all beautifully wrapped and ready to share.
Whether it’s for Father’s Day, a birthday, or a just-because gesture for the whisky lover in your life, Scotch & Scran is a tasting experience worth unboxing.

A Few Sips of Whisky Wisdom
The definition of a dram is based on the generosity of the pourer. At The Dam Pub, our drams are 1.5 oz, and our nips are ¾ oz.
Whisky (no “e”) is used for Scotch and Canadian whisky. Whiskey (with an “e”) is the spelling for Irish whiskey and American bourbon.
A spirit can only be called Scotch if it’s been distilled in Scotland.
