Spring Mill Distillery — part of the John Sleeman & Sons legacy — is taking the Canadian whisky world by storm, earning awards and recognition for its remarkable craft and the tireless efforts of the Sleeman family and their team. We are thrilled to welcome back Cooper Sleeman, Brand Ambassador, who will lead this immersive evening and present a selection of their celebrated whiskies, including some exciting new releases.

Your evening begins with a signature Spring Mill welcome cocktail, followed by four whiskies with four thoughtfully paired courses created by Chef Edward Sleep and Chef Carolyn Jones. Rumour has it Cooper will bring along a fifth, surprise whisky for a grand finale. Our whisky pairing dinners are renowned and sell out quickly.
